  1. What was the eggplant stuffed with? Is the stuffed eggplant the same as Chinese dim sum?

  2. Stuffed with chopped peanuts and a blend of dried chiles, toasted coconut, toasted sesame seeds, and various toasted spices (coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black peppercorns, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, mace, and bay leaves) all ground together in a spice grinder.
